How do we keep our prices so low?
We use a street-by-street model which allows us to visit lots of homes on the same street and on the same day – so we cut out the travel time between appointments, and pass the savings back to you. We also get great rates from the assessors because we give them a lot of work.
On the other hand, if you ask an estate agent for an EPC, they’ll send someone out to your house specially. They’ll make a return journey (often through busy traffic) just for your appointment, and often they won’t be able to fit other work around you. So you’ll end up paying for half a day of the assessor’s time.
In our model, you only pay for the time needed to complete your assessment. That’s how we keep the business efficient, and the prices low.
