Do I have to wait around for my appointment?
No – we’ll give you a specific date and time for your appointment, so you won’t have to wait around for hours. We’ll also send you reminders by email and text message, if you provide a mobile number. And if our assessor is delayed for any reason (for example, if another homeowner with an earlier appointment arrives late) we’ll call ahead to let you know what time we do expect to arrive.
