Make sure you see the EPC
And finally… don’t forget that any property going on the market for rental now has to have an EPC.
If your landlord has not completed an EPC yet, they will have to complete one next time they put the rental property on the market. So why not help them complete it now, and benefit from the information it contains yourself?
