Will I qualify for subsidies?
Many homes will qualify for subsidies under the government’s CERT program, regulation that encourages the Energy Companies to help their customers improve the energy efficiency of their property. It doesn’t matter who you are or how much you earn, you should be able to benefit from this program in some way.
The CERT legislation puts a special focus on the over 70s, or those on certain types of benefit. If you are in one of these priority groups, you may be able to get some kinds of energy saving work completed for free.
