Where else can I get an EPC?
Estate agents can also provide energy certificates, but they may charge you a lot more than we do, sometimes around £100 + VAT or more. The certificate they provide is the same as ours, but they don’t use the street by street model so they spend more time travelling between addresses and their costs are a lot higher.
